I think this is one of the most positive experiences I’ve had on Etsy. Ordered a hoodie as a gift near the beginning of December. The seller messaged me to let me know that the color I chose was out of stock. I could wait for it to restock, but it wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas, or I could pick a different color. For some reason, I didn’t see the message until weeks later. I finally responded and requested a color change, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Without skipping a beat, the seller offered to ship the new color next day and use priority shipping free of charge (even though I’m the one that messed up and didn’t respond for weeks). it arrived on time and the quality is fantastic. HIGHLY recommend!!
